CLASSES
All classes are suitable for a variety of experience levels, from newbie to seasoned athlete, and each of our programs can be followed on its own or can be paired with other classes on our schedule to help create a more diverse movement practice.
Our role as coaches and personal trainers are to effectively teach our members about exercise, what exercises to do and how to execute them in ways that are safe, guiding the way towards increasing and optimizing health. We are aware that so many places dedicated towards building strength and resilience, are inaccessible to many people so here at The Infinity Movement, we are doing all that we can to eliminate the barriers that limit that access to some, while providing it to others. We provide highly experienced coaching in an inclusive space that centers the needs of marginalized people so that everyone can have access to the same kind of success!
STRENGTH
All of the strength classes at The Infinity Movement are built to focus mainly on posture, alignment, patterning and reprogramming the body to move in more efficient ways that will help support and correct habits and compensations that naturally occur with day-to-day life.
MONDAY INFINITY STRENGTH CLASS - 60min
Welcome to The Monday Infinity Movement strength class. This is a 60 minute, full body class with an emphasis on upper body that is designed for all skill levels. Every class is built to reinforce posture, alignment, patterning and reprogramming, mobility, balance, strength, endurance and power.
WEDNESDAY INFINITY STRENGTH CLASS- 60min
Welcome to The Wednesday Infinity Movement strength class. This is a 60 minute, full body class with an emphasis on the lower body that is designed for all skill levels. Every class is built to reinforce posture, alignment, patterning and reprogramming, mobility, balance, strength, endurance and power.
FRIDAY INFINITY STRENGTH CLASS - 60min
Welcome to The Friday Infinity Movement strength class. This is a 60 minute, full body class with an emphasis on full body training that is designed for all skill levels. Every class is built to reinforce posture, alignment, patterning and reprogramming, mobility, balance, strength, endurance and power.
LOW-KEY LIFT CLUB
45 min
This program is specifically designed to build foundational skills, acquire a comprehensive understanding of movements and reinforce patterning that will be used in all of the other classes that are held here in the studio. This class is the perfect option for people who are looking to start their exercise journey here at Infinity and want a little extra care at the start so they can build more courage and autonomy while attending other classes.
This is also an excellent option for the experienced athletes that want to return to the basics and practice their skills in a session that is made specifically for that.
MAT PILATES: STRENGTH
A unique and fun take on traditional Pilates, this 50 min class uses body weight as resistance to build strength, flexibility, and balance. It is suitable for all levels, and coaches can provide modifications and variations when needed.
During this class, you will be guided through a series of creative and dynamic movements that will challenge your body and focus your mind. The use of body weight ensures a challenging and effective workout, aimed at improving strength and endurance. It is a fantastic way to add variety to your fitness routine and keep you guessing.
INFINITY FOUNDATIONAL PILATES - 45min
This classical Pilates class invites participants to reconnect with the essentials: breathwork, foundation, and alignment. Designed for all levels, from beginners to seasoned practitioners, the class offers a thoughtful and grounding experience. Pre- and post-natal individuals are encouraged to join, as the exercises are tailored to accommodate all bodies.
Participants will benefit from consistent practice, no matter their skill level, as the fundamentals of Pilates are always worth revisiting. Expect a refreshing and rewarding session that fosters both physical and mental strength!
(EM)POWER
INFINITY GRIND BOUNCE - 50min
Accessible or all levels, Grind Bounce is a class designed to focus on bringing participants a cardio interval training program without the intense effects that the high impact of a hard ground can have on the body. In addition to cardio endurance, we train balance, agility, timing, coordination, reaction time and your mental capacity and resilience. In addition, we will also be hitting some upper body and core work… cuz why not?
INFINITY POWER BOUNCE - 50min
Accessible or all levels, Bouncing classes are choreographed to music and you're sure to leave with a big smile. Choreography is to pop and Latin music in a super-motivating group atmosphere. Trampolines help reduce impact on joints (knees, ankles, back) - come and have fun with us!
INFINITY BOXING & CONDITIONING - 60min
This program that’s broken up into a warm up, skills and drills with some partner work and a cool down. Participants will learn and practice fundamental movements, train technique, coordination, mobility, and improve cardio and strength endurance. The benefits of training in combat sport include but are not limited to increased physical fitness, mental toughness and confidence!
INFINITY FIGHT FUNdamentals - 60min
A dynamic full body circuit that blends boxing technique with High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). This program offers an introduction to core principles of boxing including footwork, punches, and defensive maneuvers. Following fundamentals, boxing techniques are then combined with functional exercises, that build explosiveness, core strength, agility, coordination, reaction time, and punching power.
The foundation of the program remains consistent all month, and can be modified to the participants skill and energy level. Whether you’re newcomer to boxing or a dopamine hunter, all the exercises can be adapted for you. This no-contact class with no need for additional equipment or gear. The focus is on fun, technique, building fundamental fighting skills, enhancing muscular and cardiovascular endurance, and most importantly HEART ❤️
CIRCUIT
INFINITY FULL BODY CIRCUIT- 60min
Welcome to the Infinity Circuit Class. This is a 60 minute full body interval class, designed for anyone looking for a high intensity program that includes modifications for participants at all levels of experience.
INFINITY WARRIOR CIRCUIT - 60min
Welcome to the The Warrior Circuit class. This is a 60 minute, full body interval class that will leave you feeling like you just finished a date with the love child of an obstacle course and dance party! Conventional training systems aren’t for everyone, but movement is so we designed a program that challenges your athletic ability with modifications for every level that centers around having a real good time!
YOGA
INFINITY YOGA: MOBILITY - 60min
This class focuses on a yoga sequence based on mobility exercises. Some poses are held longer to deepen strengthening. The approach to this class is caring and inclusive. No yoga or mobility experience necessary. If you have any restrictions or injuries, please let the teacher know at the beginning of the class.
INFINITY YOGA: POWER FLOW - 60min
A vinyasa (flow) practice in which one pose leads seamlessly into the next. The pace is quick while the goal is to create a connection between movement and breath. This is a perfect combination of flexibility, strength and endurance that will leave you energized and ready to take on your weekend.
INFINITY YOGA: RESTORATIVE + SOUND THERAPY - 60min
Restorative yoga is a yoga practice in which we support the body to such an extent that we feel safe enough to relax body and mind completely. The parasympathetic system is specifically relaxed in this practice. Once you've reached a state of deep calm, a bath of sound from 7 crystal bowls balances your magnetic field and clears away energy blockages. Each class is a unique and personal experience to discover.
INFINITY YOGA: HATHA - 60min
This Hatha yoga class is a traditional multi-level yoga style in which we practice the basic yoga postures. The yoga postures are held for a slightly longer period of time, allowing time to work on body alignment in each pose. This practice integrates various breathing exercises, sustained yoga postures and a mix of strengthening and stretching. This yoga class is ideal if you're new to yoga, or if you're looking for a moderate-intensity practice in which you'll work on your foundations, with several variations to suit your physiological needs.
BARRE
60min
An invigorating warm-up will be followed by upper and lower body toning and core work. Light weights, resistance bands and fluid choreography will burn energy and give you an incredible total-body workout. Our floor barre class is open to all levels.
COMMUNITY
COMMUNITY CLASSES ARE OFFERED ON A SLIDING SCALE AND ARE OPEN TO ALL
INFINITY STRETCH SESSH - 60min
This Community Class is an hour long guided stretching class designed to help you slow down and release tension. Whether you're looking to gain flexibility, learn how to stretch that one thing that always feels tight (hips? lower back? shoulders? all of the above?), or just chill out and be mindful in your body for a moment, this is the place to be! Requests are taken at the beginning of each class, so we can craft a cozy flow to match participants' needs.
There’s variety. So every class, you get to do new exercises with different variation so it keeps you interested.
People are very friendly and you get to workout according to your needs and pace!
